Buffalo Chicken Dip
2 pounds chicken breasts, poached and shredded
1-12-ounce bottle Frank's Red Hot Sauce
2- 8-ounce packages cream cheese
1- 16-ounce bottle blue cheese dressing
1-8-ounce package shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Mix chicken and hot sauce and layer in the bottom of a 2 quart baking dish. In the microwave, or on very low heat on the stove top, melt cream cheese and blue cheese dressing together and layer on top of chicken. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 20 minutes. Add cheddar cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve with celery sticks and Fritos Scoops.
