What began almost five years ago as a desperate plea for help, is now a small, but vibrant catering and party business located in historic Roswell, GA.
The Sophisticated Sardine, LLC owned and operated by Laura Dover, was formed after a caterer canceled on a dear friend. 250 events later, Laura is catering more than ever, and has now added some new offerings to her business.
